Domestic Shipping & Logistics At Fluent Trends, we curate our collection from a diverse network of master makers and specialized vendors. This direct-from-origin model ensures the highest quality and reduces unnecessary transit, bringing the latest in furniture design directly to your sanctuary.

Processing & Curation All orders are processed with care within 3 business days. Please note that during peak seasonal periods or inclement weather, timelines may be slightly extended to ensure your items are handled safely.

The Maker-to-Home Model Because we source from multiple specialized partners, your order may arrive in separate shipments. This allows each piece to be dispatched directly from its specific origin.

Transparent Rates: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your specific items and their origin.
Shipping Incentives: Many of our curated pieces qualify for complimentary shipping or reduced rates based on order volume.

Delivery Estimates & Exclusions Most items are delivered via Standard Shipping (3–8 business days). At this time, we exclusively serve the contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

Order Integrity & Tracking Once your selection is en route, you will receive a confirmation email with comprehensive tracking details. For orders with multiple origins, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Arrival & Claims We strive for perfection, yet we understand that transit can be unpredictable. While Fluent Trends is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping, we are committed to being your advocate.

If an item arrives damaged: Please document the packaging, contact the carrier immediately to file a claim, and notify our support team. We are happy to assist you in navigating the resolution process.
